Bianca, how great when life gets in the way like this. Another wonderful example of you being in the right place at the right time. Synchronicity huh. How creative are you just hopping off the bus like that..?!
Bravo!! Love it & the pic & the reference to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen.
Really enjoy your writing and zest for life. "More..."

Ooh, I have lots of gossip on Mr and Mrs Ramsay, Gordon and Tana, but I really shouldn't go there, so I won't (other half's first profession was a chef and he knows a few of them...). Amazed to see Gordon back in the UK and so close to home (our flat in London used to overlook his garden). I thought he'd decided to escape the British media and hang out with the Beckhams but perhaps not. Anyways, Bianca, brilliant. Fantastic to have such up-to-the-minute topical news. Great, love it! Sally

I love your definition of being in the flow, I can relate to that. How exciting to see it being set up before your very eyes.

At least most of the prisoners who get involved will be used to Gordon's colourful language!

B, nice one! I really like that photo taken through the shop window; I think it's arty but then, what do I know of art? Very little, as you can tell!

Re chefs and bad language, as a woman who has worked very closely with lots of top chefs in London restaurants I can tell you exactly why this is. If you have ever worked in a kitchen, you'd know the stresses they work under. The heat, the deadlines. Masterchef gives a very good feel for what this is actually like. Swearing is the least of their problems unfortunately, they take stronger stuff that that to keep them up.

An example which illustrates what it's like is this. They have cuts and burns all up their arms and they don't know how they got there; such is the adrenaline in the moment to get our dinners on the table, they don't feel the injury as it happens. It's incredible what these guys and girls put themselves through for our benefit. It is addictive, and that's not a good thing either, which is something else which Masterchef also demonstrates very well indeed.

Good luck to Gordon and this project. Is Clapham High Street the pilot? Will they be rolling it out across London and the UK do you know? I guess we will have to wait to see the telly.

As always, Bianca, you were in the right place at the right time! Will keep an eye out for the 'Bad Boys' on TV and, who knows, we may see you in the background! Well done and please keep reporting . . .
